Two Temple Place presents - The Glass Heart - Art, Industry & Collaboration

Thursday, January 11, 2024 - 12:00

Two Temple Place is proud to present The Glass Heart: Art, Industry & Collaboration - a bold new exploration of glass in the UK which brings together for the very first time rarely seen works from key UK collections, celebrating this remarkable material – unforgiving, fragile, strong, sustainable.

Through 170 years of glassmaking, we’ll investigate the artistry, ingenuity and innovation needed to work with this challenging material and examine how glassmaking skills in the UK have evolved to contain and express stories, from historic marvels to contemporary works finding new relevance today.
